Olnely is a highly experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse with a strong background in ICU, surgical, neuro, and oncology care. He brings over 10 years of clinical expertise to Mobile Med Drip, ensuring that every IV therapy session is safe, personalized, and grounded in medical excellence. Dr. Cusumano, DO
Medical Director – Mobile Med Drip
Dr. Cusumano is a board-certified physician in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation with extensive experience in injury care and recovery. A top graduate of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and trained at NYU Medical Center, he brings clinical excellence and leadership to Mobile Med Drip.
As Medical Director, Dr. Cusumano oversees all IV therapy protocols, ensuring treatments are safe, effective, and compliant with Florida medical regulations. His role includes approving clinical procedures, guiding care standards, and supervising provider training—ensuring every service is backed by trusted medical oversight.

Rafael Acosta brings a strong foundation in critical care and progressive care nursing experience to Mobile Med Drip. Rafael is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Rafael ensures every client feels safe, informed, and comfortable during their IV therapy session. Fully licensed and certified in RN, ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale, Rafael leads professionalism, and a passion for patientcare.
